1. Introduction

Welcome to the RJ Moving Services Partner Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By registering as a partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Be approved by RJ Moving Services
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rate: Partners earn a commission of 15% of the total job value for each completed and fully paid moving job referred through their unique referral code or link.

3.2 Commission Calculation: Commission is calculated based on the final invoice amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, discounts, and any additional fees not related to the core moving service.

3.3 Example: If a referred customer books a move with a total value of 500,000 TZS, the partner commission would be 75,000 TZS (15% of 500,000 TZS).

4. Commission Eligibility

Commission is only payable when ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The job has been completed successfully
• The customer has paid the full invoice amount
• The referral code was used at the time of booking
• The job was not cancelled or refunded
• The referral is not fraudulent or in violation of these Terms

5. Referral Tracking

5.1 Referral Code: Each partner is assigned a unique referral code. The referral code must be entered by the customer during the booking process for the referral to be tracked and attributed to the partner.

5.2 Referral Link: Partners may also use their unique referral link to direct customers to the booking page. The referral code is automatically applied when customers book through this link.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Schedule: Commissions are processed and paid within 48 hours of job completion and full payment confirmation.

6.2 Payment Methods: Partners may receive payments via:

• Bank Transfer (to a Tanzanian bank account)
• Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money)

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is 50,000 TZS. Partners may request withdrawals once their available balance reaches this amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating fake bookings or self-referrals
• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or other inappropriate marketing methods
• Making false or misleading claims about RJ Moving Services
• Modifying or manipulating the referral tracking system
• Sharing referral codes on coupon or deal websites without authorization
• Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities

8. Termination

8.1 By Partner: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to RJ Moving Services.

8.2 By RJ Moving Services: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partnership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity for an extended period.

9. Modifications to the Program

RJ Moving Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including commission rates, payment terms, and these Terms, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or through the partner dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

RJ Moving Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Confidentiality

Partners agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, customer data, and other sensitive information obtained through participation in the Program. This obligation survives termination of the partnership.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
